President: Ado Lama
Ado lama is a Tibetan Dzogchen Buddhist, who was officially ordained in 1975 when he was 7 years old at Larung Gar Academy, the largest Buddhist monastery worldwide. He was mentored by Jigme Phumtsok Rinpoche to study Buddhist more than 15 years at Larung Gar Buddhist Academy and fowling Jigme Phuntsok’ education still now.
In his twenties, he has been practicing Buddhist in India for 5 years. He has been entitled Rinpoche during the training in India.
In 2000, he has been practicing Buddhist in Taiwan for 6 years, where he was guided by Ven. Master Chin Kung for Pureland Buddhist practicing.
Since 2008, he moved to US to serve several Buddhist Societies in DC, Virginia, New York, and Pennsylvania areas.
He has been invited join various lectures of Buddhism, meditation, and mental health held by Apple, Google, Columbia University, George Washington university, Harvard University, University of Virginia.
In 2018 and 2019, he joined inter-faith education event was held by Association of Master Chin Kung’s Friends at UNESCO.
Now, Ado lama is dedicated to education in undeveloped countries and mental health research beside serving at various Buddhist societies. He is an advocator of inter-faith culture.
Executive Vice President: Robert Ley
Mr. Robert C. Ley is a retired international business consulting trade and specializing in project financing, as well as an advocator of inter-faith collaborations. He is dedicated to faith-based organization leadership, served as a volunteer president and vice president in multiple faith-based organizations.
Mr. Ley assisted building a retirement community, using ancient wisdom and spiritual educational concepts. In 2023, he started to serve as Executive Vice President at Pureland Dzogchen Buddhism with a team of brilliant dedicated scientists using quantum mechanics based meditation approach to cure various chronic conditions.
Vice President: Guang Yue, Ph.D.
Guang Yue, Ph.D. received his PhD in motor control/sensorimotor neuroscience from the University of Iowa and had his postdoctoral training in neurophysiology at University of Arizona.
He also serves as director of Center for Mobility and Rehabilitation Enginnering Research at Kesser Foundation. He was fomer Director of Neural Control Laboratory and Director of Rehabilitation Research at Cleveland Clinic Learner Research Institute for 18 years. He has published extensively in the fields of sensorimotor neuroscience, neurorehabilitation, neuroimaging, neuromuscular physiology and biomechanics.
Dr. Yue’s research programs have continuously been supported by federal funding agencies such as NIH, NIDILRR, DoD and VA as well as the state of New Jersey Commission on Brain Injury Research in the last 30 years.

Sophia Wu, M.D.
Sophia Wu, M.D. is a neurologist and neuroscientist, who is leading quantum mechanics-based consciousness basic research and rejuvenating health centers serves as director in the rejuvenating health center of Pureland Dzogchen Buddhism Foundation Complementary health center in Virginia.
She was trained as neurologist and neuroscientist at Cleveland Clinic, Rutgers New Jersey Medical school and Kessler Foundation and has previously participated in NIH-funded research projects focusing on understanding mechanisms of dementia. Dr. Wu serves virtue visits by applying love, forgiveness, and gratitude therapy to patients with various chronic diseases.
Modern quantum physics tells us that particles, including those in human brains and hearts become entangled with each other no matter the physical distance. Dr. Wu is a certified meditation trainer and therapist with 11 years of experience in teaching and practicing love-based meditation (LBM). By adopting LBM, she has successfully treated chronic pain, anxiety, depression, AV block, dysautonomia and dementia.
Dr. Wu is also a dedicated inter-faith scholar and physician-scientist and has worked tirelessly to spread the core of faith – love.
Clinical Nutritionist Manager: Natalie Gagia
Natalie Gagia, Clinical Nutritionist. Experienced clinical nutrition management, I lead the clinical nutrition operations and dietitian staff at Select Medical, a leading provider of specialized acute and post-acute care. I hold the credentials of Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSGN), and Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
My core competencies include developing and implementing staff and patient wellness programs, introducing and executing malnutrition quality improvement initiatives, performing and presenting research studies, advising hospital administrators, providing leadership and mentoring, assessing staffing needs, and creating and monitoring efficiency improvement strategies.
I also collaborate with other healthcare providers, oversee the work of nutrition staff members, provide medical nutrition therapy, create educational materials, and facilitate nutrition education classes. Additionally, I speak Serbian fluently, which helps me communicate with diverse populations.
My mission is to apply my expertise in policy interpretation, plan design, and attention to detail to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
Neuroimaging Engineer: Soha Sahel, Ph.D.
Dr. Saleh, Ph.D., whose main research interests include studying neural networks involved in motor learning and control, and neuroplasticity in individuals with motor and cognitive deficits.
Dr. Saleh uses multidisciplinary approach involving structural and functional imaging and electrophysiological techniques and behavioral assessment, combined with advanced signal processing and analysis. She investigates cognitive-motor interactions and neuromodulation methods to promote neuroplasticity. She won multiple NIH grants.

Oriental Medicine & Acupuncturist
Dr. Shanmin Yuan, M.D has been engaged in clinical research on the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment for tumors. He currently serves as a member of the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Professional Committee of the Shanghai Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, a member of the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Professional Committee of the Chinese Medicine Association, and a member of the Emergency Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. He has participated in research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the 973 sub-project, the National "Tenth Five-Year" Key Projects, the National "Eleventh Five-Year" Support Plan, as well as projects from the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, the Education Commission, and the Health Bureau. He has received several Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards and patents, published more than ten papers, and contributed to several papers included in SCI/EI. He is skilled in differentiating deficiency and excess, Yin & Yang in clinical practice, and has achieved quick results in treating various difficult and complicated diseases.

Master ChangYuan came from Shandong Province, China. At age twelve, he left his hometown to study martial arts at the Shaolin Temple, where he later studied under the guidance of Master Shi Guo Song. After an accidental injury, master Chang Yuan began to learn Chen-style Tai Chi, and later had the honor of becoming the disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, a 19th generation of the Chen family and 11th generation direct-line successor of Chen Family Taijiquan. Grandmaster Chen is also one of Top Ten Martial Arts Masters of Present Day living in China As per Chinese tradition, master Chang Yuan holds at heart great respect for his teachers and their teachings from martial arts to the etiquette of everyday life. He continues to pursue his beliefs of serving the community and dedicating himself to help others as his values and goals in life. He has worked diligently to combine the wisdom of faith, Tai Chi, and Confucius in his philosophy of teaching.
