Anxiety and/or depression patients are majority of our patients. 95% of the anxiety and /or depression patients significantely improved in 3 sessions of workshop and completely recovered in a couple months, averagely 20 sessions.
Convention Disorders
I met Dr. Sophia Wu three years ago when she was working on brain rewiring post stroke. As neurologist, she is very knowledgeable about how the brain functions and how healing is possible from brain injuries and impairments. She started working with me post stroke on how to calm my nervous system from trauma and reinstate a homeostasis between the mind and body. She is very patient and dedicated in non drug medicine healing through mindful meditation and mantras.
She taught me an ancient ritual mantra of Amitabha which I meditating daily. It’s very calming and healing at the cellular level. I practice as often as possible and am slowly healing emotionally spiritually and physically. Sophia is a gifted practitioner and has stuck by me. She’s honest reliable and caring with a non judgmental attitude. I wholeheartedly endorse her theory and technique. I’m looking forward to my return to a healthy normal life w her care.

Dementia
This mental training program has shown incredible promise in managing dementia. Through activities that stimulate cognitive function and memory, individuals experience noticeable improvements in their mental clarity and daily functioning. This proactive approach helps slow the progression of symptoms, enhances quality of life, and fosters a greater sense of independence. It's inspiring to see how mental training can make such a meaningful difference, offering hope and support to both individuals and their families. Most of our patient reduced 3/4 their medication in a few months.
Hypertension
We have developed a comprehensive mental training and workshop program designed for the management of hypertension. This program has proven to be highly effective in maintaining patients' blood pressure within the normal range. It is particularly well-suited for individuals who are unable to tolerate medications. Moreover, our findings indicate that this mental training program is also highly effective in addressing dysautonomia, specifically Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
Pain Management
Averagely, the pain significantely decreaed in 3- 5 sessions. This program has been a game-changer for managing chronic pain. By focusing on the present moment and cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of their thoughts and sensations, individuals are able to reduce the intensity and emotional impact of their pain. This practice empowers them to break the cycle of pain and stress, leading to improved mental well-being and a greater sense of control over their condition. The benefits of this program extend beyond pain relief, enhancing overall quality of life and promoting a more positive outlook. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
I have attended numerous therapy programs for PTSD, but I must admit that this is the best one I have experienced. After just three visits, I no longer feel stressed at work or home. I am now proactive in balancing my work and personal life.

Parkinson's Disease (PD)
By incorporating personal tailored mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and support groups, participants experienced reduced anxiety and depression, enhanced coping skills, improved overall quality of life, as well as their cognition and mobilitie,. These interventions not only alleviated psychological stress but also positively impacted physical symptoms, resulting in better motor function and greater daily activity engagement. Consequently, the holistic approach of mental wellness programs has become an essential component in the comprehensive care of Parkinson's disease. Patients get singnificant improvment after 40 - 50 sessions.
